Mostly good, except the staff was going to double charged me. I am glad when I questioned, the staff corrected her mistake.

The hotel is located relatively near to the main attraction areas in Shanghai.
Take the red line to Yanchang Rd. exit no.3 and turn right. Walk straight ahead for about 5 minutes and you will reach the hotel directly. There is a convenience store and three 24hours restaurant operating nearby. Across the road are a few eateries and a McDonalds available. You do not need to worry about being hungry.
The check-in was prompt and easy. Hotel rooms was very clean and comfortable for our entire stay. Breakfast was good and hearty to kickstart our day.
Upon checkout, the reception was helpful to arrange a taxi for us to the airport with ease.
Overall, the entire stay was pleasant and comfortable with no complaints.

Unpleasant experience
Posted 18 Nov 2023 on HotelsNot a good experience. Room was very small..so small that the toilet/WC doesn't have a seperate partition. It's just next to the bed/wash basin. Shower is just a small cubicle. Airconditioning is very poor. They turned it to heater mode and will not cool. Had to turn off the AC or Heater to say and had to open up the window for fresh air. Not to any Marriott standards.
