Registration cannot find my reservation under Expedia. Junior staff has no clue on what she does. Manager assisted and she only found 1 room booked. I have to spend 35 mins for a check in. For a 5 star priced hotel?
No coffee after 5:30pm at lobby and service staff not aware. toliet bath tiles can see stain and moldy, Cleaning staff leave rubbish on the floor. Sent for laundry, waited 3 days. The only consolation is the conceige, Jack Liu who was the most helpful. And the GM. other than that, can forget about this hotel, is for the locals to patronize.

Property is near big exhibition center (10 minutes). Rooms are nice, clean and very quiet. Staff is very friendly however their English is extremely limited. For a Western hotel brand more emphasis should be placed in having English speaking staff.

Their breakfast buffet was just outstanding. Great selection of food, but if you want to lose weight, do not go there :-).

整體舒適，人员服務好，只是房間隔音稍遜，外面杂音房間會聽到
