The floor of my room was covered in sand.

I think there was green space to walk. However the sofa in the room I stayed was disgusting I didn’t even want to put my suit case on it. There were crumbs of food on the floor around edges.

The rooms are old, dirty and smell. The walls are so thin you hear people going to the bathroom in the next room.

We booked this hotel room because my parents had been invited to speak at one of the churches we fellowship with. We traveled from Florida and this was one of the 2 hotels that was available for this area. Upon arrival, when we pulled into the parking lot, there was a lot of people just hanging in the parking lot. We proceeded to check in. Walking into the lobby, the floors were dirty and there was a smell. The receptionist was great that checked us in. The hotel doesn’t have any elevators, so we had to use stairs, which was hard, cause my father can barely walk. As we are walking to our rooms, there was a lot of people hanging outside of the rooms and walking back and forth. When we entered the room that I booked, there was a horrible smell as soon as you opened the door. We went to go check my parents room out and it room was hot, and smelled like someone had been recently smoking in the room. Eventually my parents room cooled off but the smell was still lingering. We went back down to the lobby to ask for any type of spray to make the rooms smell better, but it really didn’t help. We decided to go to the local Walmart to get some Lysol and other things we needed. When we finally got settled in to lock up and go to sleep. We discovered that the doors bolt locks didn’t work for either room. We ended up having to use a bench in the room to secure the door to make sure anyone couldn’t get in. I’m not able to type over 1500 characters so I’ll stop here. Definitely 0 Stars

Everyone were nice but tv did not work and no phone in room. Floors were dirty.

There were bed bugs in the room on the bed cover! They offered another room but i refused. There could be bugs in there too. Requested refund/ cancelation but have not seen it on my credit card as of 4 days ago.
