This is 2 or 3 stars hotel, far from 5 star. No amenities in the room, shampoo, body soap and conditioner bottles empty. Parking guards, belle boy & reception staff were trained but, restaurants servants were extremely unkind and no hospitality. Our son with high fever and not been able to take breakfast at restaurants so we wanted to bring him at least some fruits. Servants didn’t want to allow us and wanted to verify if we don’t steal fruits? We wanted to ask to their manager who did no show. A part from receptionist, they don’t manage well languages.

Super quality-price ratio

The stay at the hotel was very positive, as the staff was very helpful and friendly. We gave the hotel a high rating because of the quality-price ratio.

Le personnel sur place est formidable. Le petit déjeuner est un peu léger, beaucoup de choses sont en supplément. L'intérieur de la salle de bain est visible de la chambre via une vitre ! C'est très surprenant et ne laisse aucune intimité. Il n'y a pas de verrou à la salle de bains. Les fenêtres laissent un peu passer le bruit de la rue. Les rideaux sont bien occultants. La télé est extraordinaire mais il n'y a que tv5 monde et France 24 en français. La télé n'est pas simple à manipuler. Il faudrait un mode d'emploi pour expliquer tout ce qui est possible avec. L'internet est moyen, et comme la télé est par internet, cela coupe un peu parfois. Des pigeons viennent boire dans la piscine et il est dommage qu'elle n'ait pas un chauffage solaire pour en profiter toute l'année.
