Great location and nice apartment with great amenities. Walkable to cathedral and Alcázar. Only thing is no shampoo and conditioner provided in bathroom and we have to go out and buy it.

I wanted the 2 bathroom apartment and this property delivered with 2 large size bathrooms. They were clean, roomy and modern! The apartment was clean and the third double sofa bed was comfortable. It you are a light sleeper the bells of there cathedral may wake you up though. It did not really bother us too much.

Excellent place to stay. Very clean, spacious, beds are super comfortable, kitchen supplied sufficiently for what we needed, around the corner from Real Alcazar, many good eats all around.

Even though the apartment was perfect , the fact that it had no concierge and you really had to be a high tech person to get in was a major problem. If you don't have wifi you are screwed.

Thanks, Gita, for your review. Happy you had such a good stay except on the arrival, maybe. Id like to clarify, though, that we have 24-hour Reception just 3-minute walk on the Hotel U-Sense Sevilla Centro. And on our phone- with whatsapp-. On the other hand, it is not necessary wifi or phone signal at the moment of opening the door of the building or the apartments. Just need to download the necessary app and get your key when the apartment is available- of course if you travel without even phone signal- it is more complicated to send you the virtual key but we warn our clients in advance about the step by step process and it is very easy to sort out the question one way or the other...even with a physical key if you come to the hotel. Excellent location and very comfortable apartment! We had a issue with the air conditioning not operating but it was immediately fixed within 24 hours! Very responsive team and management! We would definitely stay here again!

The app key system is very unreliable and we were locked out for a time. They expected us to find another of their locations to get a key late at night. If this isn't an experience you want, stay elsewhere. Even the key card provided later didn't reliably open the door on the first try. Also, the bed is extremely hard, making it very difficult to sleep. The comforter was stained. We were also surprised to find the coffee cups were too small for the amount of coffee produced. Fortunately, I caught it before a mess ensued. Overrall, this place could be nice if they fix the issues but I don't recommend it currently.
