No fridge in the room! that alone does it for me when I wake up in the middle of the night and my water is like piss. I still can't figure out why they made it so difficult to turn the lights off and on? we were handed a manual for that is this crazy or what! Breakfast was poor! Bottom line we got very little for the price.

We do not have a minibar or fridge in the hotel rooms, however we do have the refillable glass bottles in your room available and offered it to you any time you needed it to have cold and filtered water.Upon arrival we explain you how are the room facilities, lights, air conditioning, wi-fi, room service.In addition to all this, we inform you that we are always at your disposal for any questions or doubts you may have during your stay.Our breakfast buffet has a great variety of fresh products and if you need any extra food we will prepare it at the moment, such as omelettes, pancakes, etc.We will take into account all your reports to continue improving our services and if you visit us again you can have a better experience.Thank you for your stay at Placido y Grata.

Wonderful relaxing stay. Beautiful comfortable rooms. We loved breakfast in the courtyard every morning. Lots of different options, including eggs or pancakes which we enjoyed. Would definitely recommend.

This place was amazing. Very clean rooms and quiet. Location was perfect . Staff was very professional and helpful. Highly recommend.

I usually stay at the big hotel chains where you already know what to expect. Stayed at the Barcelona Edition, The Edition Madrid and the Autography collection Granada this time in Spain. Amazing hotels with the professional and knowledgeable staff members. Had an amazing experience. However, I was brave enough to book boutique hotel just by looking at the pictures. Was still expensive. Huge disappointment. No doorman, no bellman, no valet parking and only one staff at the front desk. You have to public park 5 mins away from the hotel. And there’s no space to load and unload your suitcases in front of the hotel. Very unprofessional staff members. Cristina, the front desk member refused to help me with loading my suitcases and she said that’s not part of her job description. She forgot to remind me the breakfast was included in my hotel which we ended up eating out every morning. And the best part was one of the staff told me literally “shut up”. Meanwhile I paid about 1,000 euros for two nights. Hotel facilities were good, but definitely not the service and professionalism in this property. You know if this hotel is good when the staffs are not just friendly but also professional handling any complaints and conflicts with the guest. I felt discriminated and humiliated. I feel very disappointed that these staffs at the property totally affected my impression of my entire trip to Spain.

Dear Kelly,We are sorry to read your comment and we value the feedback of all our guests, as they help us to continuously improve, however, we are sorry to read yours, as it does not correspond to the reality of what happened:From the moment of your arrival until your departure, all our staff has tried to assist you in all your needs even though your aggressive behavior and continuous disrespect did not make it easy for us. You booked a double room, but 4 people showed up to check in (3 adults and 1 child). We explained you the maximum capacity of our rooms (2 adults), and that we could put an extra bed for the child, paying the supplement that we have stipulated, but we do not have extra beds for adults and therefore, they would have to take another room. You did not think it was a good alternative and finally ended up sleeping all 4 people in the room, despite the fact that we warned you that it was not possible for security reasons and in violation of our rules. Even upon their departure, we had the courtesy to charge you the minimum charge per extra person accommodated despite being within our rights to charge an extra room, because four people were accommodated in the same room, when we only have rooms for two people. This extra charge per person not only includes breakfast, but covers the use and enjoyment of all our facilities and amenities.We want to emphasize that our reservation policy and room capacity are clearly communicated during the booking process. Any discrepancy in the number of people staying in our rooms is unacceptable and has a negative impact on the experience of other guests.Regarding our breakfast, we clearly say in all our channels that it is included in all our rooms. Even so, each guest is informed at the time of check in, as we did with you upon your arrival.Our team is here to provide you with the best possible service, but this requires a mutual collaboration based on respect and courtesy. Any behavior contrary to these values will not be tolerated at our Hotel. Just as our mission at the Hotel is to provide each guest with a memorable and satisfying experience, as a company we take care of our employees and defend them against any violent or disrespectful attitude.If you need to talk to someone in charge, you can call the phone number that my colleague Cristina kindly provided and ask for me, I will be happy to listen to what you have to say. Excellent and exceptional quality service from each staff member. Everyone is so polite and helpful. Room is very clean and comfortable. Breakfast area is very good and outdoor breakfast/bar area is so beautiful with plants and flowers. Terrace area is cozy and amazing. Thanks Isabella and other staff for making our stay so enjoyable.

Beautiful hotel - everything was perfect. Staff was very helpful and gracious. Breakfast was delicious and setting couldn’t have been more perfect. Highly recommend everything.
