Location was great. Lovely hotel. Rooms spacious but a bit dark. Buffet breakfast at lower level. Not worth the price. Can get breakfast at a local cafe for same price or cheaper. Staff Woking there wasn’t focused on customer service or satisfaction!

Great location, but dinky room, barely functioning air-conditioning, and mediocre service staff.

Great location. Personnel was friendly and helpful. During our second stay the room was outdated, lighting was horrible, top shower head was missing, toilet flushing mechanism was broke and frequently stuck.

We had a great stay in this gorgeous and stylish hotel. It is very well located in the heart of the historical center, at walking distance from the alcazar, the catedral, shops, restaurants, the “Casa del Flamenco” and the arabs baths.
I certainly would stay here again, though I must say that the beds are not the most comfortable and the WiFi is not very reliable. Other than that, MARVELOUS.

Property is in the heart of old town. It is only accessible by walking through narrow alleys. With luggage, it is not easiest to get to. Our room is on ground floor with window open to alleyway. It could be noisy at a time. Room is clean and staff are friendly. Overall a good experience. Recommended.

Staff is most helpful and the room we had was clean nicely done. Only complaint is breakfast was typical British, not Spanish. Would recommend hotel to my friends!
