We had a wonderful time. The desk staff, bar staff, restaurant staff, and maid/turn down service were excellent. We look forward to staying here again. We felt so relaxed and rested when we got back home. Please share our appreciation for a wonderful time to the entire staff.

Best 5 star hotel!
Posted 14 Feb 2024 on HotelsThis hotel exceeds it 5 star status! What a beautiful hotel and incredibly amazing staff. All the staff treat the hotel and the guest as if it were their own. The rooms are perfect and the hotel is exceptionally clean and so relaxing and peaceful. It’s just far away enough from the crowds and noise of Seville but just a few blocks from it all. We can’t wait to go back!!

The staff were very welcoming and helpful. Perfect location to walk to the city attractions. Breakfast was amazing.

Amazing property and the staff were very friendly, personable and make our experience staying at Mercer Seville very memorable. The small touches of getting to know us personally were discretely and nicely done to make us feel so welcomed! We will definitely come back and recommend our friends to experience Mercer Seville!

Amazing boutique hotel perfect for a city break
Posted 5 Mar 2023 on HotelsAmazing boutique hotel a short walk away from the main attractions. Rooms are very clean and complimentary soft drinks in minibar & Nespresso are a lovely touch. Service is amazing. Breakfast is the best start to the day (a la carte and can order anything you wish). Service and staff are incredible; being a boutique hotel you are very well looked after. The team made all of our reservations.
