The hotel was amazing small but with
so much going for it .
The staff were exceptionally helpful and kind. Nothing was to much trouble
Even helping out with boarding passes
To go v ice to the tettac

Second time staying here. Our room this time was fairly small but that didn't matter. It was enough for me and my daughter. The hotel is lovely and has a solarium area to relax in after a day's sightseeing (or shopping - the shopping is great). Staff are friendly. For me it is the location which is key and this hotel is in a great location, 5 minute walk to the cathedral.

The antiquity of the property was impressive and everyone who worked there was friendly and helpful.
While some areas of the hotel are dated, it is centrally located and extremely clean. It is a nice place to stay.

Excellent staff and breakfast. Poor air conditioning ruin the beauty of the place

Old place with really poor air conditioning and slow internet access

A real Gem of an Hotel very close and conveniently situated within the old town. Friendly staff and comfortable rooms. A real boutique feel with some beautiful historic features, pretty courtyards and welcoming staff. Will definitely go back.
Work presently ongoing to upgrade roof terrace but still pleasant to enjoy an early evening drink.
