Very helpful, courteous, professional staff! Fitness center was tiny and exercise equipment was jammed too close together to use. We had to drive to Medina to a Planet Fitness

The rooms are nice sized. Plenty of room. The people at the front desk were polite and efficient. Registering went well. The price was good.
Overall there was a certain tiredness abt the furniture and other elements of the decor. Everything was just a bit worn out and even threadbare. Parking was not ideal for a 15ft U-Haul.
