My room was quite a walk and stairs with no lift. Very dark and then room key did not work so had a mammoth walk again

The staff were brilliant and helpful. Our room left a lot to be desired. It was so shabby and outdated. There was dust everywhere and there were so many stains on the wall. If we were staying longer than 2 nights I definitely would have complained. We were in a family room of 2 double beds and a single sofa bed, the room was spacious but unfortunately the bathroom was so tiny, it just didn’t make sense. As above, the staff were helpful and kind and the breakfast was delicious. We made use of the swimming pool, jacuzzi and sauna but unfortunately we encountered so many plasters in the pool and the jacuzzi had yellow stains. I honestly felt sick seeing this. Will not be returning again.

The property looked modern and well kept. The only issue we had was there are no lifts and it was quite a hike with luggage to our room on the second floor. We would stay again.

Our stay was very nice. We liked the pool and hot tub. The gardens were nice . All the staff we met were extremely pleasant and warm and friendly. The breakfast we very good. The fresh pancake machine was loved by my children! Our room was very ‘tired’ . All definitely needs revamping, which the note explained was underway in the rest of hotel. But bedswere comfy, tv worked, wifi ok. Wed stay again when needs arise to be in Kent again.

Brilliant place with a brilliant service

A great place with fantastic service from everyone at this hotel. Ongoing refurbishment work meant the smell of fresh paint and a little dust and lack of ingredients meant a little less menu choices but overall experience was brilliant.

Our family stay was good,we had good time nice room,only complain i had was no on demand tv in bedroom and room sevice wasnt working when I phoned,Phine lines where down,But other wise good time
