Short trip
Posted 29 Feb 2024 on HotelsThe hotel is old but have a few renovated rooms that don’t have issues but the rest somehow have issues like aircon, toilet, safe box, TV reception and wifi. The wifi intermittently dropped and cannot be connected. The TV reception is way below acceptable standards…. Jittery and pictialated

The room is is clean and comfortable but they should fixed the toilet door lock instead of taping it. They failed to provide me a free parking as per promised and their staff dont really keen to assist on this then asking us DIY. Front desk staff (nigh shift) is not trained for hospitality industry. Didnt wear mask properly nor even uniform. The staff told us Sfera hotel practice "no extra" policy. You get only what you get in the room not even a extra pillow nor services (btw, we are under services). The breakfast fee for children (6yo and 8yo) is RM20 each while adult is RM25, dont really understand the pricing logic

God day ! We are extremely sorry for the inconveniences caused. We will make sure to inform our maintenance to look into this matter. We actually do have a parking lot (limited) but you can also park at TF supermarket car park since we collaborate with them. Thanks for the information on our staff,we will take this into note and improvise. We really don't provide any extra. Breakfast rate is such as since it's buffet. But we will try to take your opinion into consideration.
