Good location. Rooms were good but sofas were not great. Had slight trouble checking in. Staff need to learn how to smile and need proper training how to handle lots of guests.

It was a pleasant stay indeed. Hotel staff is very friendly and helpful. The hotel is connected with ballroom thus, it was really convenient for me. Amenities are great and sufficient.

Cleaniless can definitely be improved & toilets needs a renovation. The pub below can use some sound proof walls as well, the bass is too strong.
