The sheets were stained, the checkin staff were uncommunicative, the room smelled of smoke, and there were limited dining or shopping options. We tried to get food delivered by Grab, but even that was canceled by the restaurant. Our room key stopped working for no reason and we had to get it fixed. At one point, somebody opened our door, but couldn’t get in because of the lock chain. I assume that was the cleaning staff. They could have knocked.
I’m not disappointed. It was very cheap accommodation, so I wasn’t expecting much.

Missed a connecting flight in KL so booked this hotel last minute. On check in, the staff weren’t overly enthusiastic, but gave me the information I needed and everything went smoothly.
The hallways/lobby etc. are quite dingy and don’t seem clean. My room had tons of tiny bugs all over it, and I also saw a number of those bugs in the hallways.
The toilet in my room flushed one time, after that it wouldn’t work to flush again. I stayed for two nights, and on my second day, my key card stopped working. I brought it to the front desk and it just needed to be reprogrammed, but not sure why that happened.
The hotel does have a laundry room which was convenient, and it was a cheap price for such short notice. It was also close to the airport which was good.
Overall though, the dirty feeling, the bugs, and the toilet breaking make me unlikely to stay at this hotel again.

For the toilet is working normal and you may forgot to turn on the water pipe just next to the toilet ball for water refill into the flush tank. For the room key is per day update basic according to the key log system and you may require to update the key again with us for the second day stay. For the lobby, we are turn off the dining area lighting as well as the facilities area is not open in the night time for the cost energy saving purpose. We may look into this matter and wish to have more funky element if we do have budget for the implementation in the future. We ask you to accept our repeated apologies for the inconvenience caused and hope that we will have the privilege of welcoming you to stay again in the near future, under altogether happier circumstances.
