wasting my time. the reservation was made but when I got to the counter the room was all full.

I will not describe the hotel because maybe in Malaysia this is called a 2 star hotel, but I didn't expect Expedia to sell this kind of establishment (that's can not be called a hotel 😵‍💫). Don't believe the photos. Expedia is among the best agencies in the world that people trust before booking so Expedia needs to review the business.

I like to say positives in addition to negatives with any stay. It was close to a Pizza Hut and the lock worked on the door. Those are the only positives. But from the mold to the beyond disgusting bathroom to the springs covered with a sheet of fabric they called a mattress to the nearly nonexistent air conditioning, this was absolutely the worst hotel my fiancée and I have ever seen or stayed at. Please do not come here to save money, unless you are a sadist.
