We stayed 2 nights, went away for a few, then returned for an additional 5 nights. We appreciated that the front desk held our luggage for the nights we were away. The staff were friendly and helpful. Late checkout is 11,000 won per hour past noon. The hotel room is average with uncomfortable pillows. I feel like for the price we should've got better. Convenient laundry facilities. Not very many amenities otherwise (only tea/coffee, water fillers in the main area, and shampoo/body wash; there is no toothbrush/razor/q-tips as that is all paid in a vending machine on the first floor). You have to request the front desk for room cleaning. During our time there, they changed it to charge for full clean (I think it was 10,000 won if you wanted your sheets changed). Overall I was happy with the staff interactions, but not with the hotel itself. I would not consider coming back. I would look for a different hotel in the area as the area is great (maybe Lotte, or Four Points).

Just few steps to subway Euljiro 3 ga

Slept on Towels

They have no bedding other than feathers, so I ended up sleeping on a towel as a pillow and using a sheet as a cover. Now, my neck is killing me.

I really enjoyed my first time stay, in that its downtown location was so convenient for me to get to all the places I needed to go in Seoul. I particularly loved the self service laundry on the second floor. Also remarkable was the kind staff of the restaurant in the basement floor, who were hard working too.
