I enjoyed the large room size and it stayed quiet. But for transportation, I had to ride the bus or taxi to the closest subway station.

Our room met the needs of hosting 6 people. There was adequate space for each and the ability to have individual privacy when needed. Hotel staff was attentive to our needs and requests, and were always friendly and courteous. The suite we had definitely needs a remodel and we had a leaking ceiling in one room. The staff addressed the leak and helped us to utilize another room in another suite as they could not repair the leak at that time.

I booked via the hotel, ended up with an old-fashioned outdated serviced apartment away from the main hotel - this is misrepresentation of the hotel. Expedia needs to fixed this with the hotel.
No toiletries, no clean-up room available. Apartment is from the 70’s, old, ugly and dusty. Furnitures were old and dirty. Aircon was not working, not cold. P
No room service, lobby concierge was horrible, poor customer service. No restaurants nothing.
I regret booking and staying at this hotel; the worst hotel accommodation in my overseas holidays experience.
