the room's atmosphere was dark. bath towels were ripped and dirty. the bed size was so small for one adult that I couldn't turn over. in addition, AC was dusty.

For my 9 days stay there I requested once to change bedsheet. I don’t think it’s been changed cos the stains are still on the bedsheet. I asked for vacuum service but ever time I get back to hotel, I see more hairs not belonging to me

What I mainly enjoyed was the hotels convenience to where I needed to get to. As well as helpful staff, well maintained facility, and always courteous and accommodating demeanor.

My second night in the hotel. I booked a bigger room. I enjoyed it very much. The light in the bathroom actually worked. I checked out the roof garden, which was very nice and gave a nice view to the tower. Will come back in the future for the cheap price.

Was a good hotel. Room was kind of small, but worked for me alone. The light in the bathroom was really dim, which I did not like. Besides these issues, was an okay hotel. Was very close to the food market and about 20 minutes from the tower. I would come back for the cheap price.

Bedsheet and pillows are yellowish and dirty

On the arrival, I was given a room at level 4, the room was not matching the photo of the room . When we rest on the bed , we immediately feel body itching. We found the pillows were yellowish and also bed sheet with dark marks. Carpet is worn. Wall has cracks. The room is so terrible , I asked for refund and cancellation and intend to move to other hotels immediately. I could not live in this slump room for 7 days. then the hotel try to solve problem , said , upgrade me to another room. At last, they showed us two other room, the first one's bedsheet also had dirt and black marks and yellowish pillow case. I refused to accept. The second room at level 11 then seems all pillows and bedsheets are white and looks more clean ( they did not upgrade me), I said I will try one night. the following 6 nights were ok . I do not have itching feeling. But, I did not dare to ask for changing bedsheet. Can't trust it. this hotel bathtub make lots of water on floor. However, The service of the reception is great and helpful and speak very good English.

It was a good place to stay based on the location and it was much cheaper considering the other options. The hotel isn't amazing but it will do just fine. The rooms are smaller but can be expected with the price. Great location as it is very close to tons of food.
