Area around hotel is very crowded and sometimes loud at night - makes sense for the area it is in though. Make sure you are ok with this before booking. Like that it was continently located next to everything.

There is a communication problem with the hotel staff; it’s very hard for them to understand English and difficult for them to communicate;
The rooms are cleaned everyday; but they don’t provide toiletries so you have to bring your own

This hotel it’s in the middle of the shopping district, 5 min walking distance to subway station and bus station, also you can walk up to Seoul tower. That hotel is clean , provides shampoo and conditioner,you can leave your baggage after checking out.

Convenient location in the heart of Myeongdong, 3 mins walk subway exit 6 and underground markets. If you are someone who goes to sleep early, it's not for you. Music around the area goes on until midnight every night rain, hail or shine. Food around the area quite expensive and restaurants are tourist traps. Walk about 20 mins away from the area and go to local food joints.
Property itself is nothing special, there is a convenience store located on the ground floor. Not every flexible around late check ins, they wanted to charge me additional 25k per hour for late check-in, they do help you to leave your luggage in the lobby.

The hotel is older but its location and area is the best….
