Hotel is relatively new and clean. The reception area has cold or hot drinks like tea and coffee.

One of the best hotels in Asia. Every staff shows good customer serbice with professilnalism.The room Is clean and well designed. The location is convenient with bus and subway train transportation and shopping. The breakfast is amazing good with fifferent tranditonal Korean food. A very nice hotel.

Well appointed, clean rooms, reasonable rates. Bed was a bit stiff for my taste, could have used a pillow top. Toilet seat opens automatically! Definitely pay for the breakfast when you book.
Plenty of eats around the hotel, but that's not unique to this hotel since entire city of Seoul has restaurants everywhere. Two subway stations are a few blocks away, so if you have a lot to carry, that might be a concern.

The hotel is pretty new so the facilities are in great condition. There are metro stations nearby and lots of places to eat. The staff were very professional and helpful. Great place to stay.

Traveled with 4 kids. Nice and clean rooms. Location was a big plus, walkable to public transportation both subway and bus lines. Plenty of cafes and restaurants nearby.

The hotel is close to all the bus stops and subway stations. Across the street is a district where you can find all kinds of local food, many offering multi-language survice in the store.
