Had to switch room due to a choked basin which brought some delay to our day. Checked with the hotel, and they were not able to provide any complimentary upgrades or breakfast to make up for our trouble.
This incident aside, the stay was comfortable, and the hotel was able to help us call a large cab to the airport.

The property was located across the street from the major shopping and eating areas in Myeongdong. Nice and quiet.

Near to the hotel entrance, guests will find a convenience store and a BBQ restaurant. The accommodating staff provided friendly assistance, facilitating an early check-in as per our request. Furthermore, complimentary luggage storage is available on the day of departure, allowing guests to engage in last-minute shopping post-checkout.
