I loved everything about my stay, I even wrote a letter to give to one of the staff members (cleaning team). Everyone of the staff members that I encountered were very kind to me. The only feedback I would give is the room design. I love putting my phone on the nightdesk but its so crowded, there is a phone over there and a very sensitive alarm/clock. In the dark I want to grab my phone but I push some buttons by accident, set an alarm by accident or push one of those buttons to request for service. Or by accident knock over the phone horn. It's probably because I dont have any usage for it but it takes up the whole nightdesk. And I didnt like the lamp on the big desk, the lamp is sooo huge it takes up a lot of space and in my opinion it doesnt look very pretty so I hid it behind the curtains all the time. Anyway my stay was a great 9/10 so just take this with a very light note. It's also my 2nd time now, will for sure come back one day. Ah 1 more thing, I stayed for 3 weeks, but the automated stairs from 1st floor to the 2nd floor were still broken after I left, seems to take a long time. Not that I really care but it might make other people's travel just a bit easier.

Property is poorly maintained. Shower stall drain is clogged and ive found dirty used personal hygienic products.

Location at the exit from the Gongdeok station makes this a perfect place for rail travel to and from airport and to and from virtually every site in central Seoul. Decent restaurant options; nice breakfast buffet. Decor is a bit dark; outside windows need cleaning; carpet in rooms is dark and is rippled--should be replaced.
