The host was so kind and helpful, answering all of our questions and providing wonderful amenities. :) We felt right at home staying here. The breakfast was excellent and freshly prepared.

the location of this place wasn't bad, it was about a 10 minute walk from Sinsa Station and close to lots of shops and restaurants in gangnam but the accommodation itself was disappointing. the bathrooms had lots of black mold and there wasn't a real shower, just a shower head attached to the sink so the floor and toilet of the bathroom was constantly wet. the room itself wasn't bad as it was a single room and had a lock for the door which felt fairly secure but the room itself didn't feel super clean or nice. next time i go to seoul, and specifically gangnam, i'll be staying elsewhere.

The host Ms Hong and her husband Mr Ha are the most amazing and caring people on her. They make really nice traditional Korean breakfast too. I got to mingle with other houseguests and made friends.

The place is clean and the food they serve are authentic Korean dish, prepared with love, massiseoyo!!! :) We truly had a great time in this place. My children felt at home! Gamsahamnida!

I loved my stay at Gold Hill Guesthouse!! The staff is so kind and always ready to help with anything from activity planning to ordering food :) Breakfasts were so good every morning- home cooked and a nice variety too.
The guest house design is really pretty, with gold decorations and very comfortable rooms. Location is great too, you can walk to Garosugil for awesome shopping and cafes. Also generally it’s a really good spot for getting around since it’s near major subway and bus lines, although the neighborhood itself is quiet and safe.
I have stayed in a few other guest houses in Seoul before but this is for sure the best I’ve stayed at. I would definitely recommend staying here for anyone going to Seoul! Thank you Gold Hill!! :)
