The penthouse was great except it is more suitable for group with adults only but not young kids and old folks due to the super steep and small stairs. And its pretty hard to bring large languages up the steep and small steps. Pretty dangerous as there's no lift. It's best for backpackers! It will be good if they can provide step by step guide in English on how to use the washing machine and dryer. Lastly, the owner is very prompt in replying your messages via FB. Thumbs up! Overall, its still a great place! We enjoyed the stay!

At first we couldn’t use our room’s wifi but a clerk told us password of other room quickly The location is perfect There were some stuffs like foods which other guest left under the bed so the cheap price is came from less cleaning the room I think rotation and price are more important than cleanness so I wanna use it if I go Seoul again

별로
침대 시트가 지저분해보였고, 환기가 거의 안되는 것 같이 공기가 탁했습니다. 창문을 열어도 벽만 있었구요, 화장실에서도 이상한 냄새가 났습니다. 에어컨도 안나왔고 기대한 것은 아니었지만 매우 좁았습니다.

這間酒店差到我付了錢也沒有入住，未入酒店係門口已有臭味，入到酒店簡直想反胃，行上樓梯想放低行理，但條樓梯又斜又爛，一步一驚心，入到房簡直想死，臭味直衝入腦！Expedia.com.hk我以後都唔會再join 你哋啲package！

チェックインが出来ませんでした。
夜着便でしたので夜中2:00前くらいにホテルに着いたんですが、エントランスにコード式のキーロックがかかっていて入れず。 もちろんチェックインも出来ないので別のホテルを夜中に探すはめになりました。 なんでも、前日までに部屋番号とキーコード、エントランスのコードがメールで送られてくるそうなのですがそれがなかったために起きた事態でした。 翌朝チェックインして、スタッフの方に状況を説明し一泊分の料金は還してもらえましたが、なぜその様な事態になったかの説明もなく終了でした。 部屋もさして特別キレイでもない普通の部屋です。 スパ利用で寝るだけっていう方でしたら安くていいと思います。 シャワーはあまり使いたくない感じです。 ほぼトイレの真横で浴びる事になります。 立地は良かったです。 東大門から2駅ですし、駅周りに飲食店やコンビニもあります。

チェックインできませんでした。本来は予約確定の時点でメールが届き、そこにホテルの入り口のロックの暗証番号と自分の部屋のロックの暗証番号などが記載されているそうなのですが、そのメールが届いていなかったため、ホテルに着いたはいいけどそもそも入れないという状況。 基本無人のため中から別のお客さんが出てきたときに入ってカウンターのところに貼ってあった緊急連絡先に連絡してチェックインできました。 スタッフからは「何で予約しましたか？エクスペディア？」と聞かれたので前にも同じ様なことがあったのではないかと推測します。(技術的なミスだと謝られました) スタッフに文句を言ったところ、最終日のチェックアウト時間を無料で遅らせてもらいました(2時間)。 ホテル内は寝るためだけのところという感じです。電子レンジ洗濯機は共用スペースにあったのですが部屋の中は簡素。タオルも小さいのが人数分+一枚でした。まあ値段相応だと思います。 また、帰りの飛行機搭乗の際もイーチケットがあるにも関わらず番号が見つからないと言われ30分ほど足止めされました(最終的にスタッフの方がいろんなところに電話してどうにかしてくれました)。 結論として、このホテルに泊まろうとするなら少なくともエクスペディアからは予約しない方が良いです。個人的にエクスペディアは二度と使いません。

It’s clean and comfy even though it’s small. The location and the shower are also nice. One thing to complain about is the safety. The front door is not locked and the passwords for the room shouldn’t be the room number. Also, no one helps me to clean up the trash bin.
