Hotel is literally in the Myeongdong shopping streets with many restaurants, convenience stores and shops around the hotel. Convenient self-checkout. Housekeeping is top notch. Staff are friendly and polite. I will definitely choose this hotel again for my next trip to Seoul!

Great location, staff is very friendly and helpful, room is comfortable with storage space, small table and seating, shower and tub, etc. Central to shopping, food and other experiences and a quick walk to the airport bus. Also, luggage storage was available at no cost and lobby is quite spacious.

The staff in the reception is very helpful and friendly. Hotel is conveniently located in the heart of Myeongdong so a lot of choices for shopping and dining. But car cannot directly access to the hotel so need to bring luggage to walk to the main road to take taxi. The lift is a bit old and not clean. Other than that, recommend to stay.

11月12日から15日まで３泊しました。 去年も同じ時期に利用させてもらい大体の事はわかった上で宿泊しました。 いつも3人で行くので「プレミアムトリプル」にしましたが部屋は充分に広く収納も沢山あり、水回りもトイレとバスルームが別々になっていてお風呂は広くシャワーを浴びても水が外に出ることもなく湯船も広くて深くて日本人には最適です。 夜は備え付けのマッサージ機で足をほぐしました。 部屋には立派な空気清浄機や加湿器も常備されていて快適に泊まることができました。 できればパジャマを上下別の物にしてもらえるとなお嬉しいです。 立地は明洞のど真ん中で夜も安心して出歩く事ができましたが地下鉄の駅が宮駅側に近いのでよく使う2号線に乗りたい事が多かった為乙支路入口まで歩くのが少し遠かったです。 スタッフの方も美味しいお店を聞いた時パソコンで調べてくれてご自分のおすすめのお店も分かりやすく明洞の地図と一緒におしえてくれました。 韓国に行く事があれはまたこちらのホテルを利用したいと思っています。 今回はありがとうございました😊

フロントスタッフさんの対応が、どの方でも丁寧で歓迎感が伝わってきて、とても気持ちが良いです。それは単に日本語が出来るからという事だけではなく、表情や接客態度から伝わるものだと思います。 室内が暑く感じられ、チェックイン時はエアコンがオフでもいいのかと思いました。窓が小さいので開けても涼しくするのに時間を要し、逆に暖める分にはエアコンをつければすぐに暖かくなるんじゃないかと…空調は個々の体感が違うので難しいとは思いますが、個人の感想です。また利用させてもらいます。
