We had a great stay at Ibis! The location was excellent, and we were pleasantly surprised by how spacious our upgraded room was. The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful, making the upgrade process easy. The room was perfect for us, and we’d definitely stay here again on our next trip to Seoul. Highly recommend!

I love that the property is centrally located. We took the limo bus from the airport and it dropped us off right in front of the property. All the shopping and night markets were just downstairs. The front desk, especially Jacob, was very helpful in directing us to where we wanted to go. He even helped us with our luggage when we were departing. I would recommend this hotel to anyone who is visiting SK for the first time.

Airport limousine bus that stops right at the accommodation…Apple store, Lululemon, blue elephant and an olive young store just right downstairs the hotel….go by the underpass and you will get to lotte duty free Convenient place n near the myeongdong food street. Check in staff was helpful and allowed early check in due to availability Sufficient space for 2 luggage, 1 opened luggage Only disadvantage was when returning to incheon airport, u will need to push the luggage to the other side of the road however, at lobby there will be a guide to show you the direction Overall, a pleasant stay and I will recommend to stay here again!
