I can’t say enough good things about my stay at the Grand Hyatt Seoul. Everything was as expected for a Grand Hyatt property: excellent customer service, tidy rooms, and well-maintained facilities. The views of Seoul were amazing as well. I highly recommend this hotel.

Beautiful hotel. Beautiful room. Incredible pool area (but unfortunately, it’s an extra fee which they don’t tell you until you see it on your bill - I didn’t like that. The breakfast buffet was wonderful.

The staff are top notch. Laura at the front desk was extremely kind, welcoming and informative about the hotel's amenities even during a very busy time due to what seemed like a convention. Clean and quiet rooms, best room service meals I've ever had, and the bus to the airport stopping at the hotel made for a wonderful stay.

Fantastic view, comfortable "warm" wood paneled rooms, swimming pool free to use by all hotel guests. Also, last couple of times I stayed I was able to get a free early check in after my long red eye flight (huge relief to relax in a room after a long flight), so definitely will be staying in the future. Prices can vary though with some days being a very good deal and more pricey the others.
