Disappointed in everything but staff
Posted 30 Oct 2023 on HotelsThe staff were super helpful. But I didn't appreciate the stains in the carpet in my room. The fact that there's no restaurant or bar as advertised were also frustrating. I also don't appreciate the fact that you don't get a key and you don't have staff there much of the time. The neighborhood also doesn't have any restaurants or services near it.

Good location, good staff , clean rooms
We were family of 4 - received top floor family room
Room is spacious , clean, no noise , sufficient amenities & safe
Front desk staff very nice & helpful
Location may not be the top choice for shoppers but there is subway entrance about 2 minutes walk - once in the subway train = accessible anywhere
There is 24 he convenience store ( CU) about 2 minutes walk ~~ convenient for anything !
Price is reasonable ~~ enjoy our stay in this Hotel , thank you!
