Nice hotel overall.

The main issues we had were that there did not seem to be a way to do laundry and the kitchenette was not well stocked (as in it didn't have any cookware, utensils or plates). They gave us dishes when we asked for them, but told us we couldn't use the frying pan...which made cooking difficult. So we basically used just the hot water pot and microwave for cooking. The restaurant and cafe did not ever seem to be open in the hotel, but other restaurants were not too far away. Still it was a lovely hotel and the room was super comfortable. We really enjoyed our stay.

Clean room, spotty internet

-Clean room
-Good location
-Great view of the ocean
-Air conditioning worked well
Cons:
-Internet was spotty at best. Didn't work 75% of the time.
-Bed was hard
-When I turned on the jets for the tub, algae or some -kind of green leafy material came out, so I never ended up using the tub.
-Staff spoke almost no English, but I didn't count that against my review since I'm staying in *their* country, so I know I can't expect that. Still, it would have been nice if they did.
For the price, this is a decent place to stay in the Seogwipo area. Assuming you're only going to be here to sleep and shower, it's really pretty good. Don't expect good internet though. If $50/night is your maximum budget, Olleyo is a good choice.

Pros: sea view
Staff does not speak English and the reception is often unattended. The shower/sink area in the bathroom needs a shower curtain/partition. It is also too small to be comfortable.

Cheap as it price
Posted 12 Sep 2016I have stayed 3 nights. They have cleaned the room only once after i request. There are no info to call reception. But the room is large and comfortable. And Breakfast is only bread and Jam. Many hotels in jeju for the same price will provide fruits, juices and other more dishes.
