we got to the hotel and it was closed. No notice that it was closed before we got there. We had to find another hotel that cost more. Not a pleasant experience.

Dear Roberta, thank you for choosing us. Our hotel is open every day all year round, except 2 weeks for Christmas. The day of your booking we were open and we were waiting for you, but you did No-Show. Probably you ended up to the wrong hotel by mistake, and we are very sorry about it. We wait for you for your next stay, if you like!

Great stay

Posted 4 Jun 2019 on Hotels
We found Raffaello to be a great hotel. Staff were eager to make our stay comfortable. The room was immaculate. The train station is a 10 minute walk from the hotel. From there multiple cities are easily accessible including Pesaro is a 20 minute ride. The train tracks run right past the hotel, however the rooms are well insulated with quadruple pain windows. If you leave the windows closed you're fine. Everything was fantastic, although I would have preferred a softer bed. (of note: the hotel is a five minute walk to the famous Michelin 3-Star restaurant Uliassi - reserve well in advance of your trip.)

Great hotel

A great hotel in a great location, handy for the town and the seafront. The hotel has clearly just been renovated and everything was immaculate.

We were given a room next to the railway line but when we complained the manager found us another room where the noise was acceptable

Great location close to beach and town center

Posted 29 Aug 2016
Pros: Really wonderful staff, helpful and friendly, both the front desk and breakfast room staff. Hotel is modern and well equipped.
Cons: Could remove 1-2 pieces of fitness equipment to allow more room for stretching/floorwork.
Location: Senigallia is a beautiful beach town, with lots to do in August.
We spent two weeks at this hotel - it was extremely conveniently located, an easy walk to the beach and town - 5 minutes! Comfortable rooms, wonderful staff, delicious breakfasts, nice amenities - rooftop pool and terrace, bike rental, beach towels and beach umbrella/chair rental. Lovely park/gardens next door. Not noisy despite proximity to train station, in fact, quieter than along the busy beach strip. Lots of nearby restaurants. Family friendly.Would definitely stay here again!
