Wonderful hospitality and lodging. Proprietors went above and beyond to make sure we were comfortable.

To give us such a poor rating without explanation is not acceptable and we disregard it until you advise us what was so wrong. I suspect it is simply that you booked 2 rooms by mistake and didn't cancel one and we had to charge for both rooms as we could have sold them many times over.
