Great rooms, and the european style was pleasing. My room was big, especially compared to what I had in tokyo. The only sad things is that the baths were not included and costed an additional 2200 yens, which is a bit much.

The front desk service staff was kind and attentive. Because we were moving to Japan, we mailed seven pieces of luggage before our arrival. Once we arrived at the hotel, they had already been delivered to our room. The services were top-notch, from the front desk assistance and housing-keeping service to the onsen (hot spring) experience.
The hotel is also located in a convenient area where public transportation, restaurants, and shopping malls are accessible.
