We speak very little Japanese and were in the town to visit family. The hotel staff was very friendly and did everything possible to make our stay enjoyable. We will definitely stay there again when we visit next year.

Staff was friendly and helpful. Rooms were clean. Hotel was close to the train station. No laundry service but there was a 24 hour laundromat within 5 minutes of waking. Would stay again if ever back in Sendai.

It's hard to write a review about hotels in Japan because the service is always good. Wonderful staff who were very accommodating and patient with my poor Japanese.

The shower was really noisy! I thought the room was too cold. I struggled to adjust the AC and to make things worse there were no blankets!
It is my fist time and my last time!
