Beautiful location, indoor and outdoor onsen was empty and the large lounge with tea was nice. Breakfast offerings were good.

👍 Nice onsen and good buffet dinner
👎 Inflexible on issuance of additional room key. There was six of us in one studio room but was only given two keys.

Thank you very much for staying at Tazawako Lake Resort.Thank you for posting your impression of your stay.The hot springs at our hotel are simple hot springs that are colorless, transparent, and odorless, making it easy for anyone to enter. Although it is relatively compact, there are 2 indoor baths, 2 open-air baths, and a sauna. In addition to the hot springs at our hotel, there are also recommended hot springs in the nearby Mizusawa Hot Springs and Nyuto Hot Springs. We would appreciate it if you could let us know when you come next time.Regarding room keys, we ask for your understanding that we use 2 keys for each room in order to prevent loss and crime.We will continue to pursue evolution in various aspects, including service, so that we can be a hotel where you can feel that you had a good trip no matter how many times you come.We are looking forward to seeing you again.Natural Hot Spring Tazawako Lake Resort Reception

Lovely location with hills surrounding the hotel. Great breakfast and dinner. It is a mix of Japanese and western (i.e. takes the best of both)

Nice traditional show
Posted 28 Sep 2019 on HotelsExcellent services and facilities. The room was so nice that separated into 2 parts western for bed and Japanese for tv /relax.
Many-choices buffet and traditional show.
