Very disappointed.
Posted 18 Jun 2018 on HotelsI arrived at the property and was told there was no rooms available. The reception staff explained that it must be problem with hotels.com and that they have sold all of the rooms. The manager was not available and the "office was locked" so they couldn't access the online booking. It was already late in the evening and I had to drive from one hotel to another to find somewhere to stay.
