"We highly recommend this hotel. It is in a great location and within walking distance to everything. Also, a prime location to connect to other Japan cities and it is extremely convenient location for day tour pick ups."
"Would definitely stay here again! helpful and kind staff, comfortable bed. we stayed in a tatami room and it gave us a bit more space which was great."
"Great location, friendly staff, food options near hotel, shopping area, and the main Kyoto train station is nearby. The rooms are clean, spacious, and have a touch of traditional Japanese theme! "
"This was a great spot to be near all the local site seeing spots. It’s near the main rail lines and walking distance to one of the best burger joints (Dragon Burger) I’ve experienced in all of Japan. My only critique was finding hair in the beds and extra futons we used to watch movies in the beautiful lofted area. Other than that, the owners were great at communicating and the property was awesome!"

"Beautiful room with plenty of space, comfortable beds, and kind staff. We paid for breakfast and were given lunch as well. Plus, there is a nice club room with sofas, snacks, and non-alcoholic drinks as a free service of the hotel. The Onsen is lovely after a long day. Easy access to train stations and it’s easy to get around to all of the temples and shops. A nice Pilates and yoga facility is down the street. It was a posit e experience all anroind, and I would do it all over again. "
"Wonderful hotel in a wonderful location. The front desk was very kind and helped us with information and with luggage dispatch to our next destination. The bedroom was really good and spacious. Three minute walk from Kyoto station, so it was good to arrive and leave with Shinkansen and also to move around the city with train and subways. "
"I booked this hotel through an online app. Before the trip, I communicated with the front desk staff by email — their replies were very prompt and helpful. During my stay, whenever I had any questions or issues, they were always nice and responded kindly. They were really helpful throughout my stay."
