"The hotel included so many convenient amenities. We loved the on site bath. We also appreciated the availability of laundry and the rest area for us to wait for the laundry to finish. The free ice cream freezer was a nice bonus. The rooms were beautiful and we loved how cool it was compared to the hot weather outside. The site was clean and beautiful. "This place was great, we had connecting rooms for the two adults and two adult size kids. In case you are wondering like I was, a twin mattress in Japan is bigger than a US twin size but smaller than a full. It would be hard for two people to sleep on it. The location of this hotel cannot be beat. It’s right in the middle of great shopping and restaurants and 2 mins from the Kyoto train station. The Kyoto station has a huge mall in it too. The staff was friendly and always greeted us warmly. "

We loved everything that they offered!
The room was spotlessly clean and beds were very comfortable.
We loved the food (free ramen after 9pm, free ice cream and yakult after Onsen bath) and the star of the show is their buffet breakfast! I included the breakfast option for our stay and boy was I glad! It was well worth adding breakfast with your booking as it is cheaper than buying breakfast in the morning.
The Onsen was quite popular so we had to go at midnight when there wasnt much people using it. It was very satisfying for my girls and I to experience Onsen as adults.
Next time, we will be booking a longer stay as we all felt the tine we had was way too short.
