Excellent place! Very clean and staff are very helpful & polite. The location is very close to dining and shopping just make sure you take a right instead of a left when you exit the hotel & maps is very helpful too. We felt very safe! There is so much to see that just one day is not enough.

Great location close to all the sights and good restaurants in Segovia. Lovely room with a terrace overlooking the countryside.

Very quaint hotel in the heart of Segovia. Stayed here 24 years ago and still think it’s the best place to stay. The most wonderful breakfast!

We stayed overnight 10 min walk to Alcazar and little forget to Cathederal. Public parking nearby as they have limited parking space at hotel you have to arrange in advance . Buffet breakfast €10 euros .

The staff were excellent and the room is comfortable with nice amenities. I gave 4 stars instead of 5 because it is a bit noisy and my room was extremely hot, but the only windows open out onto a busy outdoor path so I was not comfortable having them open.
