Very well located inside the historical center. Simple rooms (could be enhanced with for instance a safe or bottle of water).
Friendly staff but English speaking very limited.

It is walking distance to all the main sights. The hotel rooms are a bit outdated, but overall a good place to stay while visiting Segovia.

Overall ok, but having no toilet paper at all was not a great start. Apparently reception has a big stack of toilet paper just behind their desk so maybe their policy is not to supply any until the guests are in dire need and ask for some in an emergency?

Thanks in advance for your interest in our Hotel Condes de Castilla***.
We apologize you for the problem caused. About that,we inform you that all rooms have got two rolls of toilet paper (one for used and another for replaced). We don´t know what it´s the motive becasue of there weren´t, may be it´s a slip (of course, if there´s this, we reiterate our apologize). As you´ll understand the room´s got all types of amenities (shampoo, soap,..) therefore this not make sense that there aren´t toilet paper unless it´s a slip.

Super clean and well located
Posted 5 Jun 2019 on HotelsWe found this hotel to be super clean and comfortable. Our room had a good view out the window. The location was very convenient for us. The only thing we didn't like was that the WiFi didn't reach up to our room.
