I find your hotel perfect!
The front desk people were very nice and helpful; the location is great; the room was very spacious and clean with a comfortable bed; the breakfast was outstanding!

Excellent staff members. Everyone was polite and courteous at all times and were more than willing to provide good service and suggestions. The rooms were normal size but comfortable. Our bathroom was roomy but the shower was tiny. Other than that, the hotel worked perfectly and it is located in a very safe touristy area with many great restaurant options and the acueducto which is one of the main sight seeing attractions. Easy walk to the Cathedral (10 mins) and another 10 / 15 mins to the Alcazar. Parking on premise was a plus. I’d stay here again.

Location is great, close to main attractions.
The one staff member who was left to handle check in at the busiest time did very well and maintained her composure and sense of humour.
Air conditioning was out of order which made for a poor nights sleep.

It is a good place to stay, it is close to everything. From the hotel you can walk around the historic center of the city. The staff is very friendly and guides you on what to do in the city. Overall it is a good place to stay.

The hotel is in walking distance to all tourist destinations in Segovia. The bus stop is right opposite to the hotel (bus #11 goes to train station -15 min trip). Hotel staff is very friendly and room is very confortable. I’ll definitelly stay in it again when visiting Segovia.

Only stayed 1 night, Segovia is stunning and when you stay at this hotel everything is at your fingertips.
Just a few steps away you have many dining options and beautiful views everywhere you look.
