We just returned from our trip to Switzerland & Austria. This property is absolutely gorgeous, rooms are extremely comfortable, food is delicious and service is outstanding! A very memorable experience and highly recommended!

This hotel was amazing! It is a beautiful resort hotel with a lovely staff and amazing food! We were planning to go into Innsbruck the day we arrived but we decided to stay at the hotel and sit by the lake in a cabana. At both dinners we were there the owner personally came to our table to greet us and ask how everything was. Most importantly, there is the amazing Sachertorte! I can’t wait to come back!!

Amazing venue, beautiful VIP room upgrade. Great discrete anti Covid measures. Stunning scenery all around. We loved the free cakes that are served every evening too!

Lovely Hotel !
Posted 25 Feb 2020 on HotelsThe Hotel is absolutely superb, the staff are very polite and helpful. on our first day we had a slight issue with our shower leaking, I reported it to reception and the hotel manager came straight out and said we are going to change your room. The room we moved into was an upgrade at no extra cost. All the staff bend over backwards to make sure every ones stay is relaxing and memorable. we enjoyed the hotel so much we have already booked to go back at Christmas. Thankyou Astoria for a lovely stay and cant wait to see you all again at Christmas !!
