This place needs work. The charming setting was nice, but the room is badly in need of repairs. Stained carpet and chipped furniture needs to be replaced and broken shutters that don’t shut need repair. I washed two dirty glasses with dish soap (from the kitchenette) so we could drink water out of them.
They were that dirty. The pillows were old and flat. This brought the whole experience down. The breakfast was good and quickly served and the employees were kind and courteous.

A real gem! Quiet, spacious facilities and the breakfasts each morning were delicious! We enjoyed that it was in a quieter area but uptown was just a short drive away.

The carpet had been stained, coffee table had large watermarks. Room perfect size for two people. Updated bathroom and bathrooms. Would stay here again.

We liked everything about our stay from check-in to check-out! It's a small, but well developed property located away from the hustle, bustle of Sedona. The breakfast daily was cooked to order from the chef's options. We would definitely return.
