The staff are super friendly and helpful, acting almost as if they were taking care of their own guests. The property is not "fancy" its just everything one needs for good value! And the pub next door provides good food - and if one should have a beer, there's no need to drive anywhere after. The view on the bay is great to wake up to as well!

We had a 2 night stay at this motel. Nicely renovated suites, with great showers. However we were told by a staff member that there was no cable box on the TV and we can only stream shows. This was a bit annoying, so us hockey fans had to find another place to watch the hockey game. Upon check out though, a staff member tells us, that's not right, all rooms have a cable box. So it was a small thing and it worked out fine for us, but misinformation from a staff member is not good.
Also, a staple for stays in a motel-the ice machine-was broken. This was a bit annoying as it is good to have ice for drinks, the cooler and whatnot.

Housekeeping did not happen even after putting a sign on the door for it.

Such a cute place! It looks like it was renovated recently - everything looks new and sparkling clean. The hotel is located right on the water and has a picnic area. It is pet friendly - our dog enjoyed the stay. Staff is friendly and welcoming. I’m so happy we discovered this hidden gem. We will definitely be back!
