I love Sebastian and have stayed at Hirams previously. No hot water, no towels at the pool. Pool condition needs to be resurfaced. Trash in the bushes This is the second stay where room reeked of cigarette smoke. I spoke to the front desk about the lack of hot water and was told it takes 10-15 minutes to arrive. That would have been good to know ahead of time. For the price this property is not up to standards. Location is great. We’ve lived In Sebastian and familiar with Hiram’s and always eat at the restaurant. Hotel is a bit disappointing.

Front desk staff was generally well trained in regards to basic booking procedures but were unable to provide any specific details about their security deposit procedures and how they go about returning your deposit. I still have not received a $100 deposit and a $50 deposit from two separate reservations. after calling and speaking with another defensive and apathetic front desk staff member, I was told that the monies were to be returned after 72 hours and was denied any further explanation as to why I still have not received the deposits after almost 10 days and 7 phone calls. Poor customer service and multiple procedure/policy inconsistencies. Train your frontline team or outsource to someone who can. Good Customer service = return clientele.

I have looked in to the reservation everything is dropped off the day you check out. It can take 5-7 business days for the money to be returned. Today would make 6 days. Please reach out if it hasn't. It will not show as a refund because it was an authorization pending hold.

I I like the service on the hotel the only thing that I don't like that you got to spend a lot of money and breakfast is not free you got to spend it when your money they charge you for breakfast and stuff and the hotel to for eating the lobby that's the only thing dispensing

Always a pleasure to be at this venue. I'm a pilot who travels frequently to Sebastian and you will never go wrong staying here.

This was our first time at Capt Hiram’s and we will definitely be back. We celebrated a mini honeymoon and we had such a blast. Thank you!

There is an ocean theme, amazing dining options nearby, right next to the river. I grew up in this town and Captain Hirams has been awesome since the day they opened and they just get better with time. Perfect! You can bring your family, your mom (mine was disabled and the accessible room was perfect to her), have a getaway, go and enjoy a night life, sit by the pool. Good coffee options! Beautiful rooms. Many have a balcony.

Very nice stay, pretty much a younger yuppy type hang out but overall good time for an old guy !
