We went to check in at 4:00pm. Room wasn't ready. We said, not a problem, we will go get dinner and come back. Return at 6:00pm, room still not ready. All the gal at the front desk kept saying was not ready. No apology, nothing. So frustrating. Would not give me a refund to get a room somewhere else since it was purchased through Expedia. We finally got into the room at 8:00pm and had to be at the airport at 3:00am!

The guest next door were really loud all night. They were playing with my door and letting their kids run out. It was horrible.

Other than the mess in the parking lot and the screaming homeless man it was a good stay

I woke up with bed bug bites on my arm and it was swollen 😫 the bed seem cleaned until i pulled the covers and got under neath them and got bitten
