The front office staff was the terrible and had a worst experience. She was rude and unprofessional. Never recommended this hotel to anyone. Stay away from this hotel. Very bad smell on the hallways.

The hotel has some need for refreshing, but overall it was convenient and good value for the price. The room layout/numbering is a bit confusing and the clerk's explanation was not clear, but I navigated without too much difficulty. The bed was comfortable and kinens refreshing. The lobby restaurant was adequate, but not overly impressive. Checkout inthe morning there was no clerk to be seen for at leadt 15 minutes while I waited for the shuttle to the airport.

To start off, when we would call the property for getting a shuttle to the airport, lady at the front desk would listen (wont say anything) and then disconnect. It happened like 10-15 times. Then she finally answered and said it will be there in 10 minutes, we waited and waited for good 35 minutes before it came. Once we went to the property the front desk lady behaved pretty good. Property looks good from outside but is dated from inside. On the beds, i saw bugs (not bed bugs though). Bedsheet had some yellow spots on it.

We were upgraded to a suite which was very kind since we we came in late at night and were exhausted.

This was the second time I stayed at this hotel and the second time I ate at the restaurant. The first time I ate in the hotel. Had good service and was very happy with the food. The second time I opted to take it up to my room. It was terrible. 1/2 the number of spring rolls and burnt to an embarrassing crisp. The service person was fine in the restaurant with his family and I couldn’t bring myself to go down and complain. Until then I was pretty satisfied with both stays but this literally left a bad taste in my mouth.

The room we purchased was “non-smoking” but to our dismay, the hallways and room smelled like smoke and our rooms wreaked of marijuana. However, the beds were comfy and the parking felt very secure despite the area around the hotel.
