Unsafe, disgusting room was being used by someone else even though it was assigned to us. We returned the keys to the front desk and left to look for another hotel.

Laundry facility had very poor air circulation. Dryers did not work acceptable manner and took money without performing. I was not given any refund.

When I arrived I was told that there were no rooms available and that expedia had over booked the hotel.

Rooms were so dirty. The sheets, towels and bathroom was full of other people’s hair. The bathroom as dirty and again hair all over the place. The floor in the room was so sticky.

I tried to call for over 3 hours to check out. Called reservation line and the customer service agent trained and failed to get a hold of the front desk! About 4 hours later I get a call with "you on the list to check out today"....I checked out 4 hours back!!!!! Please.make your front desk accessible by phone

Very bad services Room stinks a lot, upon asking front desk they said it will stinks like that because people of different communities cook food inside the room. Terrible service
