They did not have my reservation when I went to checkin. The process took 45 minutes to fix. They claimed the reservation was never sent to them. In the end, they had rooms available and we were only slightly delayed.

Rooms seemed very clean. The only thing that bothered us was how loud people were outside in the halls and how you could hear next door and above our room. There seemed to be no insulation to absorb the noises

Comfortable - big rooms but dated. Not enough light in the area to put on makeup - but clean and in a location with enough eateries for hudinesss not vacation
