The room itself was spacious, clean and the beds were comfortable. Nice range of tea, coffee, hot chocolate, water and biscuits in the room, plenty of towels etc. We used the pool and spa which were well maintained and wasn't too busy at the time we were there. We had a look at the restaurant menu for dinner which was fine for adults, but wasn't much in the way of children's options, there was Pizza available but that was the only thing our fussy kids would have had."

"The location was great, and the hotel was fantastic. The rooms were clean, and the beds were very comfortable. However, the hotel’s email and advertisement stated that a restaurant and room service were available for ordering food. One evening, we tried to eat at the restaurant but were told that it was unavailable because they were busy catering for a large group. We also tried to order room service, but were told that they were too busy to take our order. Thankfully, there were plenty of places to eat around town, so we were able to go out for dinner instead. Apart from this disappointment with the food service, everything else was great, and we had a lovely stay."
