The biggest attraction of this hotel is the swimming pool, it’s amazing according to my two boys. We were on the 5th floor and the toilet in our room had not seem to be updated since the 1990’s it also did not have any soap or the necessary toiletries. The room was clean and spacious but the heating system also seemed ancient. Nevertheless we enjoyed our 2 nights stay. The complimentary 4 cans of 7up seemed to be a little miserly considering the size of the Delta groups empire 😂

The staff are so lovley they answered all my questions they where very welcomeing and your felt like part of the furniture i have two sen children and was very careing and inderstanding one of my little ones hurt his hand due to me giving him a glass my own fault and he cut his hand hand they were so caring and made my younge man feel calm when he felt distrested i felt very happy withthe pool and the steam room the breakfast was fantastic so much choice they also make sure you dont have allergies witch i do and let me know what i could or couldnt have amazing service all around
The queen beds compared to my son and he had the bed to himself and slept better then he does at home

Really nice hotel with friendly, welcoming staff. The rooms and facilities are a little dated, but everything is clean and comfortable. The bed was very nice and made for a good night’s sleep. The restaurant staff were especially kind and helpful, and the cappuccino from the bar was excellent, one of the best I’ve had at a hotel. Overall, a pleasant stay with great people and good service.
